Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Опционы эмитента на российском рынке ценных бумаг». Данная работа посвящена исследованию финансового и производственного состояния ПАО ФосАгро. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Анализ финансового состояния ПАО “ФосАгро”. 2. Разработка опционной программы как решения ряда финансовых и управленческих проблем ПАО ФосАгро. 3. Оценка результатов от введения опционной программы. Работа была сделана на базе ПАО «ФосАгро», данные которой были собраны для проведение ряда анализов: квартальная и годовая финансовая отчетность, финансовая отчетность по РСБУ, годовые отчеты и иные виды статистического материала. Виды проведенных анализов: проведенный экспресс методом финансовый анализ предприятия, рыночный анализ акции предприятия. В результате проведения работ, было проанализировано релевантное состояние ПАО «ФосАгро», сформулированы основные проблемы предприятия и предложено смелое решение с использованием опционов эмитента, с помощью которого можно решить ряд обозначенных проблем. Была разработана  опционная программа мотивации менеджмента, смоделированы результаты от ее введения на предприятие.

The topic of the final qualifying work: "Issuer's options on the Russian securities market". This work is devoted to the study of the financial and production condition of PJSC PhosAgro. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. Analysis of the financial condition of PJSC PhosAgro. 2. Development of an option program as a solution to a number of financial and managerial problems of PJSC PhosAgro. 3. Evaluation of the results from the introduction of the option program.The work was done on the basis of PJSC PhosAgro, whose data were collected for a number of analyses: quarterly and annual financial statements, RAS financial statements, annual reports and other types of statistical material. Types of analyses carried out: financial analysis of the enterprise carried out by the express method, market analysis of the company's shares. As a result of the work, the relevant state of PJSC PhosAgro was analyzed, the main problems of the enterprise were formulated and a bold solution using the issuer's options was proposed, with the help of which a number of the identified problems can be solved. An optional management motivation program was developed, the results of its introduction to the enterprise were modeled.
