В настоящей работе рассмотрены особенности полилога культур и изложена его роль в обучении иностранному языку. Целью работы является обоснование необходимости внедрения телекоммуникационного проекта для актуализации полилога культур в обучении иностранному языку в вузе. Анализируется соотношение понятий «полилог культур» и «межкультурный диалог». Проводится анализ роли цифровизации образования в совершенствовании информационно-образовательной среды вуза. Дается описание характеристик телекоммуникационного проекта общекультурной направленности. Приводится описание подготовки к проведению международного телекоммуникационного проекта, рассматриваются универсальные компетенции, которые формируются у обучающихся в рамках данного вида работы. Результаты проекта проанализированы и систематизированы. Выявлены основные трудности в организации телекоммуникационного проектирования, и даны рекомендации, как их можно минимизировать. Результаты проведенного исследования могут быть использованы при разработке аналогичных межвузовских проектов, а также в рамках обучения студентов педагогического профиля.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is «Actualization of polylogue of cultures in foreign language teaching in higher educational establishments in the form of telecommunication project». This research studies the features of the polylogue of cultures and its role in foreign language teaching. The main goal of the research is to justify the importance of telecommunication project method development for actualization of culture polylogue in foreign language teaching in higher educational establishments. A correlation between the polylogue of cultures and an intercultural dialogue is analyzed. A detailed analysis of the role of digitalization in education for development of information educational environment is given. The features of a telecommunication project of general orientation are described. Preparation steps for conducting a telecommunication project are described, a description of universal competences that are trained by this type of activity is given. The results of the project conduct are analyzed and systematized. The main obstacles for the telecommunication project conduct are explored and recommendations for their elimination are given. The results of the research might be applied to the development of alike inter-university projects; they can also be used for training of the students of pedagogical specialization.
