Тема ВКР: «Разработка мероприятий по повышению экономической эффективности деятельности предприятий ТЭК (на примере ПАО «ТГК-1»). Цель работы направлена на разработку мероприятий по повышению экономической эффективности ПАО «ТГК-1». Объектом исследования является производитель электрической и тепловой энергии ПАО «ТГК-1». Для достижения цели были использованы следующие методы: изучение и анализ научной литературы, анализ и сравнение статистических данных, обобщение, классификация, методы стратегического анализа (PEST, SWOT-анализ, модель пяти сил М. Портера) для выявления проблем и возможностей. Результаты работы: 1) Рассмотрены теоретические основы понятия экономической эффективности. 2) Исследованы методы оценки экономической эффективности. 3) Проанализировано состояние предприятия за 2019-2021гг. на основе бухгалтерской отчетности. 4) Проведен анализ отрасли работы предприятия. 5) Разработаны мероприятия по повышению экономической эффективности компании. 6) Дана оценка эффективности разработанных мероприятий. Область применения результатов ВКР – применение в деятельности ПАО «ТГК-1». На основании проведенных исследований была рекомендована переоценка основных средств ПАО «ТГК-1» при переходе на новый ФСБУ, а также запуск инвестиционного проекта по строительству ВЭС.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is «Development of measures to improve the economic efficiency of the activities of fuel and energy enterprises (on the example of PJSC «TGC-1»)». The given work is devoted to developing measures to improving the economic efficiency of PJSC "TGC-1". The object of the study is the producer of electrical and thermal energy PJSC "TGC-1". To achieve the goal, the following methods were used: the study and analysis of scientific literature, analysis and comparison of statistical data, generalization, classification, methods of strategic analysis (PEST, SWOT analysis, Porter five forces analysis). The main results of the graduate qualification work: 1) Theoretical foundations of the concept of economic efficiency were considered. 2) Methods for evaluating economic efficiency have been studied. 3) The state of the enterprise for the period of 2019-2021 was analyzed on the basis of financial statements. 4) The analysis of the industry of the enterprise was carried out. 5) Measures to improve the economic efficiency of the company have been developed. 6) The evaluation of the effectiveness of the developed measures is given. The areas of the graduate qualification work results application–application of the results of work in the activities of PJSC «TGC-1». On the basis of the conducted studies, a revaluation of the fixed assets of PJSC «TGC-1» during the transition to the new FSBU 6/2020 and the launch of an investment project for the construction of a wind farm are recommended.
