Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Оценка эффективности использования финансовых ресурсов предприятия (на примере АО «ОДК-Климов»)». Данная бакалаврская работа посвящена изучению ключевых показателей финансово-хозяйственной деятельности, их расчёту и, на основе данного анализа, оценке эффективности использования финансовых ресурсов. Также в цели работы входит повышение эффективности использования финансовых ресурсов на основе предлагаемых мероприятий. Задачи, решаемые по мере исследования: 1. Сбор информации о предприятии, его общей характеристике. 2. Расчёт основных показателей анализа финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия. 3. Оценка эффективности использования финансовых ресурсов предприятия методом экспертной оценки. 4. Предложения мероприятий, направленных на улучшение эффективности использования финансовых ресурсов. 5. Оценка эффективности предложенных мероприятий. Исследование проводилось на базе данных по предприятию АО «ОДК-Климов». Для анализа финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия использовались данные бухгалтерского баланса и отчет о финансовых результатах. По результатам исследования была выявлена проблема низких показателей деловой активности предприятия, таких как коэффициент оборачиваемости оборотных активов, средний срок оборота оборотных активов и большой удельный вес дебиторской задолженности предприятия. В результате исследования было принято решение внедрения факторинга в систему управления активами. Данное мероприятие оказало положительный эффект на показатели эффективности использования финансовых ресурсов, сократив средний срок оборота дебиторской задолженности, кредиторской задолженности, а также положительно повлияв на оборачиваемость оборотных активов и показателя выручки от продаж.

Topic of the final qualification work: "Assessment of the efficiency of using the financial resources of an enterprise (on the example of JSC "UEC-Klimov ")". This bachelor's work is devoted to the study of key indicators of financial and economic activity, their calculation and, based on this analysis, the assessment of the effectiveness of the use of financial resources. Also, the aim of the work is to increase the efficiency of the use of financial resources based on the proposed activities. Tasks to be solved during the research: 1. Collection of information about the enterprise, its general characteristics. 2. Calculation of the main indicators of the analysis of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise. 3. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the use of financial resources of the enterprise by the method of expert evaluation. 4. Proposals for activities aimed at improving the efficiency of the use of financial resources. 5. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed activitiesThe study was conducted on the basis of the data on the enterprise JSC "UEC-Klimov". To analyze the financial and economic activities of the enterprise, the data of the balance sheet and the report on financial results were used.According to the results of the study, the problem of low indicators of the enterprise's business activity was identified, such as the turnover ratio of current assets, the average turnover period of current assets and a large proportion of the company's receivables. As a result of the study, it was decided to introduce factoring into the asset management system. This event had a positive effect on the performance indicators of the use of financial resources, reducing the average turnover period of accounts receivable, accounts payable, as well as positively affecting the turnover of current assets and the indicator of sales revenue.
