Тема выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра: «Разработка мероприятий по формированию кадровой политики предприятия». Цель работы - разработка рекомендаций по улучшению кадровой политики компании ООО «Экостайл». Работа выполнена на базе кадровой политики ООО «Экостайл». Предмет ВКР проект формирования кадровой политики предприятия ООО «Экостайл». Методы: статистические методы, общенаучные методы, наблюдение, анализ и синтез, методы оценки конкурентоспособности компании, сравнение. Основные результаты работы:- проведен анализ теоретических аспектов кадровой политики; - выполнен анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия; - проведен анализ кадровой политики на предприятии; - разработаны мероприятия по улучшению кадровой политики на предприятии и выполнена оценка их эффективности. Область применения результатов ВКР все предложенные мероприятия могут быть применены в других аналогичных организациях, а также на предприятии ООО «Экостайл». Выводы. Все поставленные задачи решены, цель достигнута, определена практическая значимость результатов работы.

The title of the bachelor graduate qualification work: "Development of measures for the formation of the personnel policy of the enterprise". The aim of the graduate qualification work is to develop recommendations for improving the personnel policy of Ecostyle. The work has been carried out on the materials of the personnel policy of Ecostyle. The subject of the final qualification work is the project of forming the personnel policy of the company Ecostyle. Research methods used: statistical methods, general scientific methods, observation, analysis and synthesis, methods for evaluating the company's competitiveness, comparison. The main results of the graduate qualification work: - an analysis of the theoretical aspects of personnel policy was carried out; - an analysis of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise was carried out; - an analysis of the personnel policy at the enterprise was carried out; - measures have been developed to improve the personnel policy at the enterprise and their effectiveness has been assessed. The areas of the graduate qualification work results application all the proposed measures can be applied in other similar organizations, as well as at the company "Ecostyle". Conclusions of graduate qualification work. All the tasks set have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the practical significance of the results of the work has been determined.
