Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Создание сети пунктов выдачи товаров в новых районах Санкт-Петербурга для ООО «Интернет Решения»». Целью работы - поиск оптимального расположения пунктов выдачи, расчет затрат и прибыли от создания сети. Работа выполнена на материалах компании ООО «Интернет Решения»Предмет ВКР процесс поставок заказов со склада на пункты выдачи. Методы: Задача Коммивояжера, прогнозирование доходов, расчет расходов, метод рейтинговых оценок. Основные результаты работы: - поставлена проблема организации; - разработаны пути решения выявленной проблемы; - выполнены расчеты в рамках решения проблемы. Область применения результатов ВКР - малое предпринимательство, открытие пунктов выдачи для получения пассивного дохода. Выводы. Были найдены помещения для аренды, рассчитаны постоянные затраты и капитальные вложения, спрогнозирован доход, рассчитана окупаемость проекта по созданию сети пунктов выдачи, находящихся в наиболее густонаселенных и развивающихся зонах.

The areas of the graduate qualification work results application is small business, opening of pick-up points for passive income. Conclusions of the graduate qualification work. Rental premises were found, fixed costs and capital investments were calculated, income was predicted, and the payback of the project of creating a chain of pick-up points located in the most densely populated and developing zones was calculated.
