Тема выпускной квалификационной работы «Анализ основных фондов энергетической компании и разработка мероприятий по повышению эффективности их использования (на примере ПАО «ТГК-1»). Цель исследования - анализ и оценка эффективности использования основных фондов энергетической компании ПАО «ТГК-1» и разработка мер по повышению эффективности их использования. Объект исследования – ПАО «ТГК-1». Предмет исследования – основные фонды. В процессе исследования рассмотрены теоретические основы оценки эффективности основных фондов, а именно: понятие и виды основных фондов, классификация основных фондов, методы учета и оценки основных фондов, подходы к управлению и методика анализа основных фондов. Проведена оценка основных фондов, а также дана общая характеристика деятельности ПАО «ТГК-1», финансовых результатов и обеспеченности ресурсами, состав и наличие основных средств, показателей движения основных средств, обеспеченности основными средствами и эффективности их использования. Описаны предлагаемые меры по повышению эффективности использования основных фондов, обеспечивающие эффективность использования основных производственных фондов, произведен расчет эффективности, окупаемости и инвестиционной привлекательности предлагаемого мероприятия. На основании проведенных исследований было принято решение об инвестиционной привлекательности рассматриваемого проекта, прибыльности и возможности его принятия к реализации.

The topic of the graduate qualification work: «Analysis of the fixed assets of the energy company and development of measures to increase the efficiency of their use (on the example of the PJSC «TGC-1»)». The purpose of the study is to analyze and evaluate the efficiency of using the fixed assets of the energy company PJSC TGC-1 and develop measures to improve the efficiency of their use. The object of the study is PJSC «TGC-1. The subject of the study is fixed assets. During the study, the theoretical foundations for assessing the effectiveness of fixed assets were considered, namely: the concept and types of fixed assets, classification of fixed assets, methods of accounting and valuation of fixed assets, approaches to management and methods of analyzing fixed assets. The assessment of fixed assets was carried out, as well as a general description of the activities of TGC-1, financial results and resource endowment, the composition and availability of fixed assets, indicators of the movement of fixed assets, the endowment of fixed assets and the efficiency of their use. The proposed measures are described to improve the efficiency of the use of fixed assets, ensuring the efficiency of the use of fixed production assets, the calculation of the efficiency, payback and investment attractiveness of the proposed measure is made. Based on the conducted research, a decision was made on the investment attractiveness of the project under consideration, profitability and the possibility of its acceptance for implementation.
