Тема ВКР бакалавра: «Разработка рекомендаций по повышению эффективности деятельности промышленного предприятия за счет внедрения принципов бережливого производства». Цель работы - разработка мероприятий по внедрению бережливого производства на НАО «Сударь». Работа выполнена на материалах НАО «Сударь». Использованные методы: анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности методом технико-экономического анализа, метод экспертной оценки, метод факторного анализа. Результаты работы: - отобран теоретический материал с целью анализа инструментов, методов и принципов бережливого производства; - представлены примеры внедрения концепции на российских и зарубежных производствах; - собрана информация о производственном процессе и финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия, произведен анализ финансового хозяйственной деятельности; - выявлены проблемы и разработаны мероприятия в рамках концепции бережливого производства; - произведена оценка эффективности предлагаемых мероприятий. Область применения результатов ВКР – легкая промышленность, швейная отрасль, при экономическом обосновании эффективности внедрения бережливого производства. Выводы. При разработке мероприятий по повышению эффективности предприятия НАО «Сударь» перечисленные проблемы были учтены и нивелированы. Эффективность внедрения бережливого производства экономически обоснована, определена область применения результатов.

The title of the bachelor graduate qualification work: "Development of recommendations for improving the efficiency of an industrial enterprise through the introduction of lean manufacturing principles". The aim of the graduate qualification work is to develop the recommendations for improving the efficiency through introduction of lean manufacturing principles on NPJC «Sudar». The work has been carried out on the materials of NPJC «Sudar». Research methods used: analysis of financial and economic activity by the method of technical and economic analysis, method of expert assessment, method of factor analysis. The main results of the graduate qualification work: - selected theoretical material in order to analyze the tools, methods and principles of lean production; - examples of implementation of the concept in Russian and foreign industries are presented; - information about the production process and financial and economic activities of the enterprise was collected, an analysis of financial economic activities was carried out; - identified problems and developed activities within the framework of the concept of lean production; - evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed activities. The areas of the graduate qualification work results application - light industry, clothing industry, with an economic justification for the effectiveness of the implementation of lean production. Conclusions of graduate qualification work. When developing measures to improve the efficiency of the NJSC "Sudar" enterprise, these problems were taken into account and leveled. The effectiveness of the implementation of lean production is economically justified, the scope of the results is determined.
