Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Многоэтажный бизнес-центр с медиафасадами в г. Санкт-Петергбурге».В работе представлен проект многоэтажного бизнес-центра в городе Санкт-Петербурге. Отличительной особенностью проектируемого объекта являются медиафасадные системы, расположенные на фасадах здания.Целью дипломного проекта является разработка указанных в задании на проектирование разделов проектной документации на возведение бизнес-центра с медиафасадами.В рамках исследовательской работы рассмотрены различные виды и конструкции медиафасадов, их достоинства и недостатки. На основе полученной информации сделаны выводы о возможности устройства тех или иных медиафасадных систем на высотном здании. В результате сметного расчета и сравнительных таблиц была выбрана наиболее целесообразная медиафасадная система для проектируемого объекта, а именно акриловая наружного применения. В работе сравнивается несколько медиафасаднных систем по такой характеристике, как светопрозрачность.Результат данной выпускной квалификационной работы – проект уникального многоэтажного бизнес-центра с медиафасадами в соответствии с требованиями Постановления Правительства РФ от 16.02.2008 №87.

The topic of the graduate qualification work: «Multi-storey business center with media facades in St. Petersburg».The paper presents a project of a multi-storey office building in the city of St. Petersburg. A distinctive feature of the projected facility is the media facade systems located on the facades of the building.The purpose of the diploma project is to develop the sections of design documentation specified in the design assignment for the construction of a business center with a media facade system.As part of the research work, various types and designs of media facades, their advantages and disadvantages have been considered. Based on the information received, conclusions were drawn about the possibility of arranging various media facade systems on a high-rise building. As a result of the estimate calculation and comparative tables, the most appropriate media facade system for the projected object was chosen, namely acrylic for external use. The topic of the graduate qualification work compares several media facade systems in terms of such a characteristic as translucency.The result of this final qualifying work is a project of a unique multi-storey business center with media facades in accordance with the requirements of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 16, 2008, №87.с.
