Регистрировали ЭМГmm. rectus femoris, mm. biceps femoris, mm. gluteus maximus, m.deltoideus, m.latissimus dorsi, m.triceps brahii, m. obliquus abdominis externus.
The subject of the graduate qualification work is: "Quantitative assessment of the myographic signal."The work is devoted to the creation of an algorithm for quantitative evaluation of the electromyographic signal in multichannel myography for the study of cyclic movements, including bipedal walking and tetrapedal walking forward and backward. Signal processing includes filtering, rectification, integration. The algorithm was tested on two groups of subjects: healthy volunteers (n=3) and patients with consequences of spinal cord injury (n=6). Registered EMG mm. rectus femoris, mm. biceps femoris, mm. gluteus maximus, m.deltoideus, m.latissimus dorsi, m.triceps brahii, m. obliquus abdominis externus. Quantitative analysis of EMG activity made it possible to create a reference EMG pattern of tetrapedal walking forward and backward (“normal” group), its reproducibility and dependence on the speed of task execution was shown. Comparison of the individual EMG pattern of patients with the reference one and control of the dynamics of the EMG pattern during rehabilitation can become a tool for quantitative control of the effectiveness of restoration of motor functions. The developed algorithm can also be used in sports biomechanics and labor physiology.
