Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Высотное здание бизнес-центра с модульным остеклением фасадов».Разработка проектной документации производилась в соответствии с Постановлением правительства №87. Также каждый из разделов проекта выполнен с требованиями нормативных соответствующих документов.В данной работе запроектировано здание бизнес-центра высотой 121,8 м с модульной системой остекления фасадов, а также выполнен подбор машин и устройств для их монтажа. К тому же, была определена технология монтажа модулей фасада.Цель работы: рассмотреть существующие современные системы остекления модульными фасадами, их технологию установки в высотном бизнес-центре и выполнить подбор машин для соответствующих работ.Задачи:Сбор информации о видах фасадных систем;Выявить преимущества и недостатки модульных фасадов;Изучить технологии монтажа модульных фасадов;Выполнить подбор устройств и машин для монтажа модульных фасадов;Проанализировать полученные результаты.Работа была проведена на базе ФГАОУ ВО «СПбПУ» с использованием информационных технологий, а также с использованием программных комплексов, метода моделирования для разработки раздела Исследовательская часть.В ходе выполнения работы был разработан проект высотного бизнес-центра с системой модульного остекления фасада с двухуровневой подземной автостоянкой.

The theme of the graduation qualification work: "High-rise building of the business center with modular glazing of facades."The development of design documentation was carried out in accordance with Government Decree No. 87. Also, each of the sections of the project is carried out with the requirements of the relevant regulatory documents.In this work, the building of the business center with a height of 121.8 m with a modular glazing system of facades, as well as the selection of machines and devices for their installation, was designed. In addition, the installation technology of the facade modules was determined.The purpose of the work: to consider the existing modern glazing systems with modular facades, their installation technology in a high-rise business center and to select machines for relevant work.Tasks:1. Collecting information about the views of facade systems;2. Identify the advantages and disadvantages of modular facades;3. Study the installation technologies of modular facades;4. Select devices and machines for installation5. Analyze the results obtained.The work was carried out on the basis of Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University using information technologies, as well as using software complexes, a modeling method for the development of the Research Part.During the work, a project was developed for a high-rise business center with a modular facade glazing system with a two-level underground parking.
