Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Экспертный эксперимент в решении задач судебных экспертиз».Данная работа посвящена исследованию одному из методов экспертной практики – эксперименту.Актуальность данной темы обусловлена тем, что за последние год преступность растет, так же появляются новые виды преступления в банковской сфере, в сфере предпринимательства, в строительной отрасли. Для повышения раскрываемости преступлений должны разрабатываться новые меры по совершенствованию работы правоохранительных органов. Одним из эффективных средств является метод эксперимента. Метод применяется при подготовке проведения экспериментальных действий, построении экспертной теории, мысленного воссоздания картины совершенного преступления.Целью данной работы является изучение особенностей применения эксперимента в экспертной практике, и выявление его роли в инженерно-технической экспертизе.Для достижения цели необходимо решить следующие задачи:- определить цели и структуру эксперимента в экспертной деятельности- Определить место эксперимента в системе методов экспертного исследования. Раскрыть роль эксперимента при производстве инженерно-технической экспертизы.
