В данной работе был проведен анализ существующей СМК в АО «НИИ Мортеплотехники». На основании полученного результата, а также результатов проведенного внутреннего аудита предприятия были выявлены проблемы СМК в отделе по качеству. Были изучены существующие решения в области мотивации персонала, а также повышения их заинтересованности в деятельность предприятия. Также были предложены рекомендации по повышению эффективности работы отдела по качеству. В рамках выбранной системы мотивации был произведен сравнительный анализ теорий, лежащих в основе системы мотивации. Определена эффективность выбранной теории системы мотивации. Разработаны рекомендации, основанные на выбранной теории для повышения эффективности СМК. Подготовлен план мероприятий для внедрения разработанных предложений. Управление проектом было произведено с помощью анализа заинтересованных сторон, построения дерева иерархической структуры работы. График реализации проекта был выполнен с помощью программы Microsoft Project. Произведен анализ рисков проекта, а также финансово-экономический анализ проекта.

In this paper, an analysis of the existing QMS in JSC "Research Institute of Morteplotechnics" was carried out. Based on the result obtained, as well as the results of the internal audit of the enterprise, QMS problems were identified in the quality department. The existing solutions in the field of staff motivation, as well as increasing their interest in staff activities, were studied. Recommendations were also proposed to improve the efficiency of the quality department. Within the framework of the chosen motivation system, a comparative analysis of the theories underlying the motivation system was carried out. The effectiveness of the chosen theory of the motivation system is determined. Recommendations based on the chosen theory have been developed to improve the effectiveness of the QMS. An action plan has been prepared for the implementation of the developed proposals. The project was managed by analyzing stakeholders, building a tree of the hierarchical structure of the work. The project implementation schedule was completed using the Microsoft Project program. An analysis of the risks of the project, as well as a financial and economic analysis of the project.
