The topic of the final qualifying work: "Development of a pump and a control program for controlling the dosing of the material, for use in the process of automated 3D printing of multicomponent chemically cured materials based on polyurethanes." This work is devoted to the development of a pump designed for a twocomponent material, as well as a control program that allows both the dosing of the material and the movement of the pump rods to their end positions. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. Analysis and comparison of existing 3D printing technologies. 2. Comparison of existing 3D printers. 3. Analysis of possible pumps to select the most suitable systems. 4. Design of a two-component pump. 5. Creation of both an assembly drawing and individual pump parts. The search for up-to-date information was carried out on the Internet, book publications devoted to additive technologies and mechanical engineering. The design of the pump was based on existing solutions and best practices in this area. Also, one of the criteria for the selection and design of parts was affordability. This approach allows us to guarantee a low cost of final products and ease of manufacturing components.
