Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Анализ экономической деятельности предприятия индустрии гостеприимства и оценка перспектив его развития». Данная работа посвящена разработке мер по улучшению финансового состояния гостиничного предприятия с учетом его экономико-организационных характеристик и экономической эффективности. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1. Рассмотреть теоретические основы анализа экономической деятельности предприятий индустрии гостеприимства; 2. Провести анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности ООО «Ольшаники»; 3. Оценить экономическую эффективность деятельности ООО «Ольшаники»; 4. Разработать рекомендации по улучшению финансового положения ООО «Ольшаники»; 5. Оценить экономический эффект предлагаемых рекомендаций и перспективы развития ООО «Ольшаники». В выпускной квалификационной работе были использованы такие методы исследования, как анализ, классификация, сравнение, наблюдение, описание, обобщение. В результате был проведен анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности ООО «Ольшаники» и предложен комплекс мер по увеличению выручки и улучшению инфраструктуры рассматриваемого предприятия индустрии гостеприимства. Произведенный экономический эффект от внедрения предлагаемых мер позволит руководству ООО «Ольшаники» повысить конкурентоспособность пансионата на рынке гостиничных услуг Ленинградской области, а также обеспечить прирост выручки по сравнению с прошлым годом.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is «Analysis of the economic activity of the enterprise of hospitality industry and assessment of its development prospects». This work is devoted to the development of measures to improve the financial condition of a hotel company, taking into account its economic and organizational characteristics and economic efficiency. In the course of the research, the following tasks were solved: 1. To consider the theoretical foundations of the analysis of the economic activity of enterprises of the hospitality industry; 2. To analyze the financial and economic activities of LLC «Olshaniki»; 3. Evaluate the economic efficiency of LLC «Olshaniki»; 4. Develop recommendations to improve the financial situation of LLC «Olshaniki»; 5. To evaluate the economic effect of the proposed recommendations and the prospects for the development of LLC «Olshaniki». The following methods of scientific research were used in the work: analysis, classification, comparison, observation, description, generalization. As a result, an analysis of the financial and economic activities of LLC «Olshaniki» was carried out and a set of measures was proposed to increase revenue and improve the infrastructure of the considered enterprise of the hospitality industry. The economic effect produced by the implementation of the proposed measures will allow the management of LLC «Olshaniki» to increase the competitiveness of the boarding house in the hotel services market of the Leningrad region, as well as to ensure revenue growth compared to last year.
