Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Разработка стандарта системы внутреннего аудита охраны труда Санкт-Петербургского Политехнического университета».В первой главе работы представлены документы, используемые в ходе проведения внутреннего аудита охраны труда в ФГАОУ ВО «СПбПУ», обозначены его цели, область применения, принципы и описаны основные преимущества. Вторая часть предлагаемого проекта стандарта содержит подробное распределение обязанностей и полномочий между руководителями университета и структурных подразделений и комиссией по проведению внутреннего аудита. Третья глава содержит описание процесса проведение аудита со всеми его этапами: подготовка, проведение и завершение.Объектом исследования в работе является система управления охраной труда в ФГАОУ ВО «СПбПУ», предметом исследования – проект стандарта проведения аудита охраны труда ФГАОУ ВО «СПбПУ».Цель выпускной квалификационной работы – разработка стандарта проведения внутреннего аудита охраны труда для ФГАОУ ВО «СПбПУ» на основании нормативно-правовых актов, законов, распоряжений, как Российской Федерации, так и локальных документов университета.Для реализации поставленной цели потребовалось исследовать и проанализировать нормативно-правовую базу законов, касающихся аудиторской деятельности, как в России, так и за рубежом, методологические основы разработки стандарта внутреннего аудита охраны труда. Кроме того, необходимо было разработать организационную структуру внутреннего аудита в ФГАОУ ВО «СПбПУ» и общий порядок проведения внутреннего аудита с учетом особенностей университета.

The topic of the final qualifying work: "Development of the standard of the internal audit system of labor protection of St. Petersburg Polytechnic University".The first chapter of the work presents the documents used during the internal audit of labor protection, fire and industrial safety in the FSAOU VO "SPbPU", its goals, scope, and principles are outlined and the main advantages are described.The second part of the proposed draft standard contains a detailed distribution of responsibilities and powers between the heads of the university and structural units and the internal audit commission.The third chapter contains a detailed description of the audit process with all its stages: preparation, conduct and completion.The object of research in the work is the occupational safety management system in the FSAOU HE "SPbPU", the subject of the study is the draft standard for conducting an audit of occupational safety of the FSAOU HE "SPbPU".The purpose of the final qualification work is to develop a standard for conducting internal audit of occupational safety, fire and industrial safety for SPbPU on the basis of regulatory legal acts, laws, orders, both of the Russian Federation and local documents of the university.To achieve this goal, it was necessary to investigate and analyze the regulatory framework of laws related to auditing, both in Russia and abroad, the methodological foundations for the development of an internal audit standard for occupational safety. In addition, it was necessary to develop the organizational structure of internal audit in the FSAOU HE "SPbPU" and the general procedure for conducting internal audit, taking into account the specifics of the university.
