The topic of this bachelors thesis: "Frequency characteristics of systems of single-layer electrically coupled microresonators". This thesis is devoted to the analysis of a system of electrically coupled resonators using analytical approaches with model linearization in the neighborhood of equilibrium positions in order to determine the natural frequencies and applications of asymptotic decompositions to obtain resonance curves and steady-state motions. In the course of the study, the following problems were solved: - Formulation of equations of motion for electrically coupled resonators; - Analytical study of linearized equations of motion in general form;- Numerical construction of level lines of the total potential energy surface in order to visualize changes in the equilibrium positions depending on changes in the electromechanical stiffness parameters; - Analytical solution of equations of motion of electrically coupled microresonators using the method of many scales; - Construction of Simulink-model for numerical solution of the problem of motion of electrically coupled resonators in general form. As a result, the influence of the system parameters on its oscillograms and frequency characteristics, as well as on the change of equilibrium positions and their influence on their stability is analyzed. The possibility of using a Simulink-scheme to solve the problem of three or more electrically coupled resonators has been proposed.
