В данной работе рассмотрены сущность и классификация правовых актов государственного управления. Дано определение правовому акту управления. Рассмотрен порядок подготовки, издания, вступления в силу и действия правовых актов управления. Выявлены актуальные проблемы в сфере применения правовых актов управления и предложены пути решения.
This paper examines the essence and classification of legal acts of public administration are considered. The definition of a legal act of management is given. The order of preparation, publication, entry into force and operation of legal acts of management is considered. Actual problems in the field of application of legal acts of management are identified and solutions are proposed.
