Тема для выпускной квалификационной работы: «Проектирование логистической системы предприятия по производству крупногабаритных валов». Целью работы является разработка проекта предприятия с выбором оптимального местоположения. Объектом исследования является планируемое предприятие. В работе были использованы следующие методы: анализ, наблюдение и моделирование. Данная работа посвящена разработке проекта предприятия по изготовлению крупногабаритных деталей, в частности с предоставлением схем планировки складского помещения, основного цеха, санитарно-бытовых, административных и вспомогательных помещений, а также выбора потенциальных потребителей/поставщиков и выбора местоположения в реальном времени. Результаты работы: приведена общая характеристика и процесс изготовления крупногабаритных деталей, проведен анализ подходящего оборудования и расчет его количества, проведен расчет площади всех помещений, разработан проект создания предприятия в городе Санкт-Петербург. Данный проект может быть актуален для создания нового предприятия в городе Санкт-Петербург и для развития тяжелой промышленности. В данной работе поставленные задачи были решены, цель достигнута и область применения результатов определена.

The topic for the graduate qualification work: «Designing a logistics system of the enterprise for the production of large-sized rolls». The aim of the work is to develop the design of the enterprise with the choice of optimal location. The object of the study is the planned enterprise. The following methods were used in the work: analysis, observation and modeling. Results of the work: the general characteristic and process of large-sized parts manufacturing is given, the analysis of the suitable equipment and the calculation of its quantity are made, the calculation of the area of all the premises are made, the project of the enterprise creation in the city of St. Petersburg is developed. This project may be relevant to the creation of a new enterprise in the city of St. Petersburg and the development of heavy industry.In this paper, the tasks have been solved, the goal has been achieved and the scope of the results has been determined.
