Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Дизайн-проект Китайского ресторана в г. Санкт-Петербурге».Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является создание дизайн-проекта китайского ресторана в южной части парка Интернационалистов. Задачи, выполняемые в ходе исследования:1. Проведение анализа средовой ситуации и обоснование возможности создания китайского ресторана в парке Интернационалистов.2. Исследование аналогов и выбор стилевого направления для проектирования ресторана.3. Разработка ситуационного плана и планировочного решения ресторана.4. Выполнение проекционных видов и перспективных изображений и ресторана и прилегающей к ресторану ландшафтной зоны.5. Создание и визуализация элементов интерьеров ресторана и элементов средового благоустройства прилегающего ландшафта.В результате выполнения ВКР был проведен анализ средовой ситуации, рассмотрены и проанализированы аналоги решений китайских ресторанов примеры традиционной и современной китайской ресторана и архитектуры. В ходе работы обоснована концепция, направленная на популяризацию этнического компонента в проектировании парковой среды и возможность создания запоминающегося дизайн-решения, организующего парковое пространство посредством сложно сформированной структуры ресторана и прилегающего ландшафта.

The theme of the final qualifying work: "Design project of a Chinese restaurant in St. Petersburg."The purpose of the final qualification work is to create a design project for a Chinese restaurant in the southern part of the Internationalist Park.In the process of this work, the following issues were resolved:1. Conducting an analysis of the environmental situation and substantiating the possibility of creating a Chinese restaurant in the park of internationalists.2. Research of analogues and choice of style direction for designing a restaurant.3. Development of a situational plan and planning solution for the restaurant.4. Performing projection views and perspective images of both the restaurant and the landscape area adjacent to the restaurant.6. Creation and visualization of restaurant interior elements and elements of environmental improvement of the adjacent landscape.As a result of the WRC, an analysis of the environmental situation was carried out, analogues of the decisions of Chinese restaurants, examples of traditional and modern Chinese restaurants and architecture, were considered and analyzed.In the course of the work, a concept was substantiated aimed at popularizing the ethnic component in the design of the park environment and the possibility of creating a memorable design solution that organizes the park space through the complex structure of the restaurant and the surrounding landscape.
