Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Информационный бот-помощник для студентов СПбПУ». Данная работа посвящена исследованию возможностей чат-ботов, на примере платформы мессенджера Telegram. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: Выявление потребностей пользователей в получении информации. Анализ возможных источников информации. Изучение возможностей Telegram Bot APIРазработка бота-помощника. Настройка необходимого окружения и размещение приложения. Был проведен анализ проблем пользователей методом опроса, и личного опыта. После анализа был приложение было спроектировано с помощью диаграмм, описывающих различные стороны чат-бота. В результате была разработан чат бот и размещен на предварительно настроенном виртуальном выделенном сервере.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is «Information bot-assistant for SPbPU students». This work is devoted to the study of the capabilities of chatbots on the example of the Telegram messenger platform.Tasks that were solved during the study:1. Determining the needs of users in obtaining information2. Analysis of possible sources of information3. Exploring the capabilities of the Telegram Bot API4. Development of an assistant bot5. Setting up the necessary environment and hosting the application. An analysis of user problems was carried out using the survey method and personal experience. After the analysis, the application was developed using diagrams describing the various sides of the chatbot.As a result, a chatbot was developed, which was hosted on a pre-configured virtual dedicated server.
