Тема выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра: «Разработка проекта внедрения системы электронного документооборота на предприятии по производству радиотехнического оборудования».Цель работы – совершенствование бизнес-процессов, связанных с документооборотом, посредством внедрения системы электронного документооборота на предприятии ПАО «Прибой».Задачи работы:-анализ деятельности предприятия, выявление проблем, требующих автоматизации, формирование требований к СЭД;-    проведение сравнительного анализа и выбор наиболее подходящей СЭД;- разработка проекта внедрения СЭД;- оценка эффективности от внедрения СЭД.Работа выполнена на материалах предприятия ПАО «Прибой».Методы: сбор и обработка данных, моделирование бизнес-процессов, сравнительный анализ, оценка эффективности проекта.Основные результаты работы:-    проведен анализ деятельности, выявлены узкие места в ведении документооборота на предприятии, а также в работе сотрудников, сформированы требования к СЭД;-рассмотрены варианты СЭД и выбрана наиболее подходящая СЭД;-  разработан проект внедрения СЭД;- проведена оценка эффективности проекта.Практическая значимость работы обусловлена результатами проведенной оценки эффективности: внедрение СЭД обеспечивает доступ к информации, сохранность документов, позволяет повысить безопасность информации и приводит к сокращению временных затрат на работу с документацией, что наглядно демонстрирует эффективность автоматизации документооборота на предприятии.Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

Theme of the graduate qualification work of bachelor: “Development of a project for the introduction of an electronic document management system at an enterprise for the production of radio equipment”.The purpose of the work is to improve business processes related to document management through the introduction of an electronic document management system at the “Priboy” PJSC enterprise.Tasks of work:- analysis of the company's activities, identification of problems requiring automation, formation of requirements for the EDMS;- conducting a comparative analysis and choosing the most suitable electronic document management system;- development of a project for the implementation of EDMS;- evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of EDMS.The work is based on the materials of the company PJSC "Priboy".Methods: data collection and processing, business process modeling, comparative analysis, evaluation of the effectiveness of the project.The main results of the work:- the analysis of activity is carried out, bottlenecks in document management at the enterprise, as well as in the work of employees are revealed, the requirements for the EDMS have been formed;-  variants of electronic document management systems are considered and the most suitable EDMS is selected;- a project for the implementation of EDMS has been developed;- the assessment of the effectiveness of the project was evaluated.The practical significance of the work is due to the results of the performance assessment: the introduction of EDMS provides access to information, the safety of documents, improves the security of information and leads to a reduction in time spent on working with documentation, which clearly demonstrates the effectiveness of document management automation at the enterprise.Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.
