Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Разработка проекта внедрения системы электронного документооборота на предприятии по производству текстильных изделий».Целью работы явилась разработка проекта   внедрения   системы электронного документооборота на предприятие по производству текстиля для устранения существующих проблем бумажного документооборота. Задачи работы:-проанализировать деятельность предприятия и существующий документооборот;- выявление проблем, требующих поддержки и анализ возможных вариантов решения выявленных проблем;- разработка плана проекта по внедрению системы электронного документооборота;- оценка эффективности внедрения системы.Работа выполнена на базе предприятия по производству текстильных изделий ИП «Тарасюк».Использованные методы: сбор и анализ данных, моделирование бизнес-процессов, методы оценки эффективности проектов.Результаты работы:- проведен анализ  деятельности      организации  и ее организационной структуры;-  смоделирован процесс создания документа до и после внедрения системы;- сформированы требования к разрабатываемой СЭД;- рассмотрены варианты систем электронного документооборота и выбрано оптимальное решение;- выполнена оценка эффективности внедрения системы.Практическая значимость работы определяется в возможности реализации проекта в организации на основе разработанного проекта внедрения СЭД.Выводы: Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The theme of the final qualification work: "Development of a project for the implementation of an electronic document management system at an enterprise for the production of textile products." The purpose of the work is to develop a project for the implementation of an electronic document management system for a textile production enterprise to eliminate the existing problems of paper document management.Work tasks:- analyze the activities of the enterprise and the existing document flow;-identification of problems requiring support  and analysis of possible options for solving the identified problems;- development of a project plan for the introduction of an electronic document management system;- assessment of the effectiveness of the system implementation.The work was carried out on the basis of the enterprise for the production of textile products IP "Tarasyuk". Methods used: data collection and analysis, business process modeling, methods for evaluating the effectiveness of projects.Results of work:- the analysis of activity of the organization and its organizational structure is carried out;- modeled the process of creating a document before and after the implementation of the system;-requirements for the developed EDMS have been formed;-options for electronic document management systems were considered and the optimal solution was chosen;-evaluation of the effectiveness of the system implementation.The practical significance of the work is determined by the possibility of implementing the project in the organization on the basis of the developed project for the implementation of the EDMS.Conclusions: The tasks of the GCP have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.
