Целью работы выявление потребности бизнеса с последующей разработкой программного и информационного обеспечения проекта внедрения PRM-системы в производственно-технологические и бизнес-процессы производственного предприятия. Задачи работы:- анализ деятельности обойной компании;- построение бизнес-процессов;- изучение рынка PRM-систем;- разработка проекта внедрение PRM-системы. Работа выполнена на базе ООО «Элизиум". Методы: классификация, сравнительный анализ, архитектурное моделирование, методы оценки эффективности проектов. Основные результаты работы: -  построением модели AS-IS обоснована необходимость внедрения в бизнес-процессы предприятия PRM-cсистему;- выполнен анализ классификации систем, представленных на рынке;- сформулированы задачи, выполняющие PRM-системой в новой модели TO-BE;- доказана экономическая выгода от внедрения. Практическая значимость работы определяется результатами автоматизации работы компании на всех бизнес-процессах: уменьшить человеческий фактов в работе с партнерами, автоматизировать получение заказов от партнёров, улучшить взаимоотношения с партнёрами, укрепление предприятия на рынке, добавление в работу предприятия электронного документооборота. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The purpose of the work isidentification of business needs with the subsequent development of software and information support for the project of introducing the PRM system into the production, technological and business processes of a manufacturing enterprise. Tasks of work:- analysis of the activities of the wallpaper company;- building business processes;- study of the market of PRM-systems;- - development of a project for the implementation of a PRM system.Work is performed on the basis of LLC "Elysium". Methods classification, comparative analysis, architectural modeling, methods for evaluating the effectiveness of projects.The main results of the work: - by building an AS-IS model, the need to introduce a PRM system into the business processes of an enterprise is substantiated; - an analysis of the classification of systems presented on the market was carried out; - the tasks that are performed by the PRM-system in the new TO-BE model are formulated;- proven economic benefits from the implementation. The practical significance of the work is determinedis determined by the results of automating the company's work in all business processes: reducing the human factors in working with partners, automating the receipt of orders from partners, improving relationships with partners, strengthening the enterprise in the market, adding electronic document management to the work of the enterprise. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.
