Целью работы является разработка структуры и анализ эффективности проекта внедрения информационной системы для предприятия нефтегазовой отрасли. Задачи работы:- Анализ компании и описание текущих проблем, бизнес-процессов.- Разработка подробного плана управления проектом включая анализ объема работ и календарное планирование и рассчет чистой приведенной стоимости проекта, периода окупаемости и индексов прибыльности, внутренней нормы доходности.- Анализ рисков проекта и определение способов их мониторинга и разработка плана контроля качества и плана управления командой. Работа выполнена на базе проекта по внедрению информационной системы для предприятия нефтегазовой отрасли. Методы: моделирование архитектуры, оценка эффективности, сбор и анализ информации, моделирование бизнес-процессов. Основные результаты работы: - Проведен анализ компании и описаны текущие проблемы, бизнес-процессы.- Разработан подробный план управления проектом, включая анализ объема работ и календарное планирование и рассчитана чистая приведенная стоимость проекта, период окупаемости, индексы прибыльности, внутренняя норма доходности.- Проведен анализ рисков проекта и определены способы их мониторинга, разработан план контроля качества, план управления командой. Практическая значимость работы определяется возможностью реализации предложенной структуры проекта внедрения на предприятиях нефтегазовой отрасли Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.
