Тема выпускной квалификационной работы магистра: «Разработка мероприятий по снижению неликвидных и избыточных запасов на предприятиях нефтегазового комплекса». Целью исследования является разработка мероприятий по предупреждению и снижению неликвидных и избыточных запасов на предприятиях нефтегазового комплекса. Исследование выполнялось на базе отделов снабжения и закупок компаний нефтегазового комплекса, в частности ПАО «Газпром Нефть». Предмет исследования: управленческие решения, возникающие в процессе разработки мероприятий по снижению неликвидных и избыточных запасов на предприятии ООО «Газпромнефть Ямал». Методы исследования: применялись общенаучные методы исследования: контентный и сравнительный анализ, оценки инвестиционной привлекательности проектов, анкетирование. Основные результаты исследования: - проведена оценка экономической эффективности внедрения интеллектуальной системы СМАРТ МТО, способствующей предупреждению и снижению неликвидных и избыточных запасов; - предложены мероприятия по снижению неликвидных и избыточных запасов на нефтегазовых предприятиях. Область применения результатов ВКР применение результатов работы в деятельности компаний нефтегазового комплекса и отделов по работе со снабжением нефтегазовых объектов. Научной новизной исследования является определены мероприятия по снижению количества неликвидных запасов, проведена работа с проектом по внедрению машинного обучения для ускорения работы СППР, обобщены материалы по способам борьбы с неликвидными и избыточными запасами. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов. Полученные результаты обладают признаками научной новины. Обоснованы перспективы и направления дальнейшего исследования.

The title of the master graduate qualification work: “Development of measures to reduce illiquid and excess reserves at oil and gas enterprises”. The aim of the study is the development of measures to prevent and reduce illiquid and excess reserves at the enterprises of the oil and gas complex. The study was carried out on the basis supply and procurement departments of oil and gas companies, in particular «Gazprom Neft». Research subject: managerial decisions arising in the process of developing measures to reduce illiquid and excess reserves at the Gazpromneft Yamal LLC enterprise. Research methods: general scientific research methods were used: content and comparative analysis, evaluation of investment attractiveness of projects, questionnaires. The main results of the study: - an assessment of the economic efficiency of the introduction of the intellectual system SMART MTO, which contributes to the prevention and reduction of illiquid and excess stocks, was carried out; - proposed measures to reduce illiquid and excess reserves at oil and gas enterprises. Application field: application of the results of work in the activities of companies in the oil and gas complex and departments for working with the supply of oil and gas facilities. The scientific novelty of the study measures to reduce the number of illiquid stocks have been identified, work has been carried out with a project to introduce machine learning to speed up the work of the DSS, materials on ways to combat illiquid and excess stocks have been summarized. Conclusions: The tasks of the WRC have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined. The results obtained have signs of scientific novelty. Prospects and directions for further research are substantiated.
