Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Эволюция гендерных отношений в Финляндии и Швеции». Данная работа посвящена исследованию анализов гендерного равенства и процессов его развития в шведском и финском обществах. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: Обосновать необходимость решения проблемы гендерного равенства в современном мире. Рассмотреть эволюцию гендерных отношений в Финляндии и Швеции. Выяснить деятельность Финляндии и Швеции по решению проблем гендерного равенства. Работа проведена на основе официальных источников, литературы и сайтов, где собралась значительная часть теоретического материала: результаты политики гендерного равенства в Северных странах, анкетирование жителей Финляндии и анализ полученных результатов путем статистической обработки. Были подробно изучены гендерные отношения в Финляндии и Швеции, и произведен их сравнительный анализ. Анализ проводился методом сравнения на сходство и различия гендерной политики в Финляндии и Швеции, опираясь на официальные источники и статистические данные. В результате были проанализированы сходства и различия гендерных систем стран Финляндии и Швеции. На основании проведенных исследований, можно применить такой опыт Северных стран и на Россию, но при этому учитывать все недостатки  и ошибки многих лет.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is «The evolution of gender relations in Finland and Sweden». The given work is devoted to the analysis of gender equality and the processes of its development in Swedish and Finnish societies. Tasks that were solved during the study: Substantiate the need to solve the problem of gender equality in the modern world. Consider the evolution of gender relations in Finland and Sweden. Find out the activities of Finland and Sweden to address gender equality issues.The work was carried out on the basis of official sources, literature and websites, where a significant part of the theoretical material was collected: the results of the gender equality policy in the Nordic countries, the survey of Finnish residents and the analysis of the results obtained by statistical processing. Gender relations in Finland and Sweden were studied in detail, and their comparative analysis was carried out. The analysis was carried out by comparing the similarities and differences of gender policy in Finland and Sweden, based on official sources and statistical data. The study resulted into similarities and differences of the gender systems of the countries of Finland and Sweden were analyzed. Based on the conducted research, it is possible to apply such experience of the Nordic countries to Russia, but at the same time considering all the shortcomings and mistakes of many years.
