Цель исследования - разработка рекомендаций по повышению конкурентоспособности коммерческого банка  на основе применения цифровых инструментов. Исследование выполнено на материалах материалов о деятельности Китайского коммерческого банка. Предмет исследования: инструменты повышения конкурентоспособности банка. Использованные методы: применялись общенаучные методы исследования: контентный и сравнительный анализ, метод  аналогий, а также специфические методы исследования – сбор и обработка данных, операционный и финансовый анализ, методы инфографики. Результаты исследования: - проанализирован и доказан высокий уровень текущего состояния цифровой экономики Китая; - определено влияние цифровых инструментов на состояние банковской сферы;- выполнен анализа показателей конкурентоспособности Строительного банка Китая; - сформулированы предложения по повышению конкурентоспособности банка. Область применения результатов ВКР – деятельность коммерческих банков в цифровой среде. Научной новизной исследования является обоснование применения цифровых инструментов для повышения конкурентоспособности китайской банковской отрасли и расширения возможностей банковских решений. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов. полученные результаты обладают признаками научной новины. Обоснованы перспективы и направления дальнейшего исследования.

The aim of the study is development of recommendations for improving the competitiveness of a commercial bank based on the use of digital tools.the study has been carried out on the materials of materials about the activities of the chinese commercial bank. Research subject: tools for improving the competitiveness of the bank. Research methods used: general scientific research methods were used: content and comparative analysis, the method of analogies, as well as specific research methods – data collection and processing, operational and financial analysis, infographic methods.the main results of the study: - analyzed and proved the high level of the current state of china's digital economy; - the influence of digital instruments on the state of the banking sector has been determined; - the analysis of the competitiveness indicators of the construction bank of china was carried out; - formulated proposals to improve the competitiveness of the bank. The areas of the study results application – the activities of commercial banks in the digital environment. The scientific novelty of the study justification of the use of digital tools to increase the competitiveness of the chinese banking industry and expand the capabilities of banking solutions conclusions of study. the tasks of the wrc have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of application of the results has been determined. The results obtained have signs of scientific novelty. The prospects and directions of further research are substantiated.
