Данная работа посвящена разработке торгово-технологического процесса предприятия розничной торговли с применением новых технологий совершенствования розничной торговли. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1. Рассмотрение теоретических аспектов организации розничной торговой сети, структура и функции торговли, основные современные направления развития розничной торговой сети. 2. Проведен анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности розничной торговой сети ГК «Детский мир». 3. Дана оценка торгово-технологического процесса, проведено исследование магазина «Детский мир». 4. Разработка мероприятий по совершенствованию деятельности розничной торговой сети ГК «Детский мир». 5. Представлен расчет эффективности предложенных мероприятий. Работа выполнялась на основе ГК «Детский мир». В ходе написания были рассмотрены основные направления деятельности, финансово-хозяйственная деятельность, торгово-технологический процесс, проведено исследование и расчеты качественных показателей эффективности работы. Результатом работы стала разработка для ГК «Детский мир» мероприятий по совершенствованию торгово-технологического процесса: введение доставки товаров до дверей через создание собственной курьерской службы, внедрение технологии импульсного спроса посетителей сайта, совершенствование использования информационных в области управления и документооборота, самообслуживание посетителей торговой сети с помощью автоматизированного оборудования, внедрение программного обеспечения с помощью сети Wi-Fi «Умный интеллект», которые были предложены к внедрению.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is: "Retail retail network, its structure and functions, the main directions of development". This work is devoted to the development of the trade and technological process of a retail company with the use of new technologies for improving retail trade. In the course of the study , the following tasks were solved: 1. Consideration of the theoretical aspects of the organization of the retail trade network, the structure and functions of trade, the main modern directions of development of the retail trade network. 2. An analysis of the financial and economic activities of the retail network of the Detsky Mir Group of Companies was carried out. 3. An assessment of the trade and technological process was given, a study of the Detsky Mir store was conducted. 4. Development of measures to improve the activities of the retail network of the Detsky Mir Group of Companies. 5. Calculation of the effectiveness of the proposed measures is presented. The work was carried out on the basis of the Children's World Group of Companies. In the course of writing, the main areas of activity, financial and economic activities, trade and technological process were considered, research and calculations of qualitative indicators of work efficiency were carried out. The result of the work was the development for Detsky Mir Group of Companies of measures to improve the trade and technological process: the introduction of delivery of goods to the door through the creation of its own courier service, the introduction of technology of impulse demand of site visitors, improving the use of information in the field of management and document management, self-service of visitors to the retail network using automated equipment, the introduction of software using the Wi-Fi network "Smart Intelligence", which were proposed for implementation.
