The first chapter of this work describes the development of the techno-logical process for the manufacture of the "Pump housing" part in the conditions of medium-scale production. The following were carried out: an analysis of the methods for obtaining a workpiece, a technological process for manufacturing a part was developed, the necessary equipment and tools were selected, time standards and cutting conditions were calculated. In the second chapter, an analysis of the initial data was carried out, the quantities necessary for development were calculated, and a cutting tool of a complex profile was designed: a disk-shaped cutter. In the third section, according to the selected operation, the setting elements and clamping elements of technological equipment were designed to se-cure the workpiece at the stage of milling radii.
