Тема дипломной работы: «Управление рисками и угрозами экономической безопасности предприятий строительной отрасли ( на примере АО «Эталон ЛенСпецСМУ»)». Данная работа посвящена выявлению рисков и угроз строительной отрасли и компании, и эффективному управлению выявленных рисков. Предметом дипломной работы являются внешние и внутренние риски и угрозы экономической безопасности строительства и предприятия.Целю работы является обоснование управления рисками и угрозами строительной компании. В результате дипломной работы были  проанализированы  теоретические основы управления рисками и угрозами на предприятии, выполнен обзор строительного рынка Санкт-Петербурга и оценка рисков и угроз экономической безопасности строительного предприятия АО «Эталон ЛенСпецСМУ». Разработаны эффективные рекомендации по минимизации рисков и угроз экономической безопасности, и была оценена эффективность предложенных мер.В ходе дипломной работы были применены следующие методы: изучение и анализ научной и методической литературы, методы финансового и экономического анализа.

The topic of the thesis: "Risk management and threats to the economic security of enterprises in the construction industry (on the example of JSC «Etalon LenSpetsSMU»)». This work is devoted to identifying risks and threats to the construction industry and the company, as well as effective management of identified risks.The subject of the dissertation is external and internal risks and threats to the economic security of construction and enterprise. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the management of risks and threats of a construction company. As a result of the thesis, the theoretical foundations of risk and threat management at the enterprise were analyzed, a review of the St. Petersburg construction market and an assessment of risks and threats to the economic security of the construction enterprise of JSC «Etalon LenSpetsSMU» was conducted.Effective recommendations were developed to minimize risks and threats to economic security, as well as an assessment of the effectiveness of the proposed measures.In the course of the thesis, the following methods were applied: the study and analysis of scientific and methodological literature, methods of financial and economic analysis.
