Целью работы являлось проведение анализа, сравнения и выбора системы бизнес-аналитики и разработка проекта внедрения BI-системы в строительной компании. Задачи работы: 1. Анализ деятельность компании. 2. Анализ строительной отрасли в РФ и описание специфики рынка строительных материалов. 3. Выявление проблем компании, требующих информационной поддержки. 4. Моделирование бизнес-процессов компании. 5. Обоснование выбора BI-системы. 6. Построение плана внедрения системы. 7. Представление ожидаемых результатов внедрения и оценка плановых экономических результатов. Работа выполнена на базе строительной компании ООО «Майсум». Методы: сбор и анализ данных, диаграмма Ганта, моделирование процессов, сбор требований, моделирование варианта реализации, анализ рисков, оценка ожидаемых результатов проекта внедрения. Основные результаты работы: - проведен анализ деятельности компании на момент исследования; - смоделированы 2 основных процесса компании в состояниях «AS IS» и «TO BE», построена модель реализации BI-системы; - выбрана соответствующая требованиям информационная система для внедрения; - построен план внедрения информационной системы; - проведены анализ рисков и оценка ожидаемых результатов проекта. Практическая значимость работы определяется обоснованием необходимости внедрения BI-системы в строительных компаниях и разработкой проекта внедрения системы, который может быть использован строительными компаниями при принятии решения о внедрении BI-системы. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The purpose of the work was to analyze, compare and select a business intelligence system and develop a project for the implementation of a BI-system in a construction company. Tasks of the work: 1. Analysis of the companys activities. 2. Analysis of the construction industry in the Russian Federation and a description of the specifics of the building materials market. 3. Identification of company problems that require information support.. 4. Modeling of business processes of the company. 5. Rationale for choosing a BI system. 6. Building a system implementation plan. 7. Presentation of the expected results of implementation and evaluation of planned economic results. Work is performed on the basis of the construction company LLC Maisum. Methods: data collection and analysis, Gantt chart, process modeling, requirements collection, implementation option modeling, risk analysis, evaluation of the expected results of the implementation project. Main results of the work: - an analysis of the companys activities at the time of the study was carried out; - 2 main processes of the company in the states "AS IS" and "TO BE" were modeled, a model for the implementation of the BI system was built; - an information system corresponding to the requirements for implementation has been selected; - a plan for the implementation of the information system was developed; - risk analysis and assessment of expected results of the project were carried out. The practical significance of the work is determined by the rationale for the need to implement a BI-system in construction companies and the development of a system implementation project that can be used by construction companies when deciding on the implementation of a BI-system. Conclusions. The tasks of the GQP have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of application of the results has been determined.
