Целью работы является подбор отраслевого решения и внедрение системы для повышения эффективности работы клуба Задачи работы: - Анализ основной деятельности компании; - Выявление существующих проблем клуба; - Исследование рынка отраслевых систем и подбор наиболее подходящей системы для компании; - Расчет экономической эффективности внедряемой системы; Работа выполнялось на базе компьютерного клуба MARS города Петрозаводск Методы исследования: модель Остервальдера, SWOT-анализ, организационная структура компании, диаграмма Ганта, Сравнительный анализ рынка систем Основные результаты работы: в ходе работы были выявлены и устранены актуальные проблемы клуба путем внедрения новой системы. Также в результате выполненной работы была продемонстрирована экономическая эффективность внедряемой системы. Практическая значимость работы определяется повышением числа клиентов компании, автоматизацией некоторых процессов клуба (таких как бронирование), повышением производительности работы администраторов. Выводы. Задачи ВКР выполнены, цель работы была достигнута.

The purpose of the research is selection of an industry solution and implementation of a system to improve the efficiency of the club. Tasks of the work: - Analysis of the main activity of the company; - Identification of existing problems of the club; - Research of the market of branch systems and selection of the most suitable system for the company; - Calculation of the economic efficiency of the implemented system; The research was carried out based on computer club MARS in Petrozavodsk Research methods: Osterwalder model, SWOT analysis, organizational structure of the company, Gantt chart, Comparative analysis of the systems market The main results of the study: in the course of the work, the actual problems of the club were identified and eliminated by introducing a new system. Also, because of the work performed, the economic efficiency of the implemented system was demonstrated. The practical significance of the work is determined increasing the number of company customers, automating some of the clubs processes (such as booking), increasing the productivity of administrators. Conclusions. The tasks of the WRC were completed, the goal of the work was achieved.
