В исследовании предложен план внедрения концепции на энергетическом предприятии на основе данных оценки уровня культуры безопасности работников. При проведении исследования была поставлена цель – разработка плана внедрения концепции нулевого травматизма. Для достижения цели сформулированы задачи: 1. Анализ концепции нулевого травматизма. 2. Изучение опыта внедрения концепции в отечественных организациях. 3. Оценка влияния культуры безопасности на возможности внедрения концепции. 4. Расчет и анализ уровня культуры безопасности. 5. Разработка методических рекомендаций для внедрения концепции посредством разработки плана внедрения. Предмет исследования – разработка плана внедрения концепции. Объект – мероприятия по внедрению концепции. Поставленная цель достигнута путем использования следующих методов исследования: методы научного познания (анкетирование и экспертные оценки), математические методы статистической обработки, метод цифровых и информационных технологий. С использованием программного обеспечения для администрирования опросов Google Forms проведено анкетирование работников для оценки уровня культуры безопасности, а с помощью программы для статистической обработки данных SPSS проведен анализ результатов. На основе полученных данных был разработан план внедрения концепции «Нулевой травматизм». Полученные результаты можно использовать в любых энергетических компаниях.

The study proposes a plan for the implementation of the concept at an energy enterprise based on data from the assessment of the level of safety culture of employees. During the study, the goal was set – to develop a plan for the implementation of the concept of zero injuries. To achieve the goal, the tasks are formulated: 1. Analysis of the concept of zero injuries. 2. Study of the experience of implementing the concept in domestic organi-zations. 3. Assessment of the impact of the safety culture on the possibilities of im-plementing the concept. 4. Calculation and analysis of the level of safety culture. 5. Development of methodological recommendations for the implementation of the concept through the development of an implementation plan. The subject of the study is the development of a plan for the implementation of the concept. Object – measures for the implementation of the concept. The goal was achieved by using the following research methods: methods of scientific cognition (questionnaires and expert assessments), mathematical methods of statistical processing, the method of digital and information technologies. Using the Google Forms survey administration software, employees were surveyed to assess the level of safety culture, and the results were analyzed using the SPSS statistical data processing program. Based on the data obtained, a plan for the implementation of the concept of "Zero injuries" was developed. The results obtained can be used in any energy companies.
