Тема выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра: «Разработка комплекса мероприятий для выхода предприятия на рынок стран ЕАЭС». Целью работы является разработка комплекса мероприятий для выхода компании на рынок стран ЕАЭС. Работа выполнена на базе компании ПАО «Магнит». Предмет ВКР: стратегия выхода предприятия на международный рынок. Методы: сбор и анализ данных, сравнительный анализ, SWOT-анализ, PEST-анализ, метод экспертных оценок, анализ эффективности. При сборе данных, необходимых для выполнения работы, были использованы библиографические базы данных. При обработке данных использовалось следующее программное обеспечение: MS Word, MS Excel. Основные результаты работы: - рассмотрены теоретические аспекты выхода на международный рынок; - дано общее описание предприятия; - проанализирована финансово-экономическая деятельность предприятия; - выполнен анализ рынка, на котором работает компания; - проведен анализ целевых рынков; - выбран и изучен рынок выхода; - разработан комплекс мероприятий по выходу на международный рынок; - проведена оценка эффективности предлагаемых мероприятий. Область применения результатов ВКР – результаты работы могут быть использованы компанией ПАО «Магнит» для выхода на рынок стран ЕАЭС, а именно Казахстана. Выводы: задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The title of the bachelor graduate qualification work: “Development of a set of measures for the companys entry into the market of the EAEU countries”. The aim of the graduate qualification work is to develop a set of measures for the companys entry into the market of the EAEU countries. The work was carried out on the basis of PJSC Magnit. The subject: the strategy of the companys entry into the international market. Research methods used: data collection and analysis, comparative analysis, SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, expert evaluation method, efficiency analysis. Bibliographic databases were used to collect the data needed to perform the work. The following software was used for data processing: MS Word, MS Excel. The main results of the graduate qualification work: - the theoretical aspects of entering the international market are considered; - a general description of the enterprise is given; - financial and economic activity of the enterprise is analyzed; - the analysis of the market in which the company operates has been carried out; - the analysis of target markets was carried out; - the exit market has been selected and studied; - a set of measures has been developed to enter the international market; - an assessment of the effectiveness of the proposed measures was carried out The areas of the graduate qualification work results application – the results of the work can be used by PJSC “Magnit” to enter the market of the EAEU countries, namely Kazakhstan. Conclusions of graduate qualification work. Tasks have been solved, aim has been achieved, the areas of the results application have been determined.
