Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является управление про-ектом строительства торгового центра, используя ресурсное и календарное планирование, организацию проектного финансирование, оценка и анализ рисков Цель была декомпозирована на отдельные задачи: - Анализ расположения торгового центра и конкурентов. - Определение основных видов строительных работ, технологий их про-изводства и объемов работ и необходимые средства механизации. - Расчет трудоемкости отдельных видов работ, затрат труда и машин-ного времени - Сформировать комплекс работ и рассчитать их продолжительность - Разработать схему финансирования, бюджета проекта и план привле-чения денежных средств - Расчет экономической эффективности проекта - Предиктивный анализ рисков Результатом квалификационной работы является готовый к реализации проект возведения ТРЦ. Задание выполнено в соответствии с заданием на ди-пломный проект. При разработке проекта были использованы следующие программные обеспечения: Autodesk Revit 2023, Autodesk Autocad 2023, MS Project, Mi-crosoft Excel.

The task was completed in accordance with the assignment for the graduation project. The following software was used in the development of the project: Auto-desk Revit 2023, Autodesk Autocad 2023, MS Project, Microsoft Excel.
