Целью работы является анализ текущего уровня цифровизации и разработка инвестиционного проекта для АО «РСК». Были решены следующие задачи: 1) изучить теоретический материал по теме цифровизации и цифровой трансформации; 2) проанализировать внутреннюю и внешнюю среды предприятия  ао «рск»; 3) провести анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия; 4) оценить текущий уровень цифровизации предприятия; 5) разработать мероприятия по повышению уровня цифровизации; 6) оценить эффективность инвестиционного проекта по повышению уровня цифровизации. Актуальность темы обусловлена необходимостью компаний в снижении затрат для повышения прибыли. Одним из способов снижения затрат является внедрение цифровых технологий. Источниками информации выступили данные отечественной и зарубежной научно-исследовательской литературы, официальных Интернет-ресурсов и аналитических агентств. Для анализа данных собранных посредством анкетного опроса, проведения анализа финансово-хозяйственной деятельности и оценки инвестиционного проекта был использован пакет Office MS (Excel). Предложен инвестиционный проект по внедрению системы складского хозяйства WMS. Осуществление проекта позволит снизить затраты на складские операции и увеличить объем информации о готовой продукции, материалах и комплектующих на складах.

The purpose of the work is to analyze the current level of digitalization and develop an investment project for JSC RGC. The following tasks were solved: 1) study theoretical material on the topic of digitalization and digital transformation; 2) analyze the internal and external environment of the enterprise JSC "RGC"; 3) conduct an analysis of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise; 4) assess the current level of digitalization of the enterprise; 5) develop measures to increase the level of digitalization; 6) evaluate the effectiveness of the investment project to increase the level of digitalization. The relevance of the topic is due to the need for companies to reduce costs to increase profits. One of the ways to reduce costs is the introduction of digital technologies. The sources of information were data from domestic and foreign research literature, official Internet resources and analytical agencies. The Office MS (Excel) package was used to analyze the data collected through a questionnaire, conduct an analysis of financial and economic activities and evaluate the investment project. An investment project for the implementation of the warehouse management system WMS has been proposed. The implementation of the project will reduce the cost of warehouse operations and increase the amount of information about finished products, materials and components in warehouses.
