Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Высотное здание апарт-отеля с панорамным остеклением». Цель работы: разработка проектной документации на строительство высотного апарт отеля, расположенного по адресу: г.Санкт-Петербург, проспект Патриотов, участок 3. В дипломном проекте разработаны разделы проектной документации согласно Постановлению Правительства РФ от 16.02.2008 N87 «О составе разделов проектной документации и требованиях к их содержанию». Особенностью работы является подбор энергоэффективный стеклопакет для остекления фасадов апарт отеля. В ходе работы были поставлены и решены такие задачи, как: 1. Произвести анализ нормативных документов в области остекления в высотных зданиях и сооружениях 2. Анализ применения панорамного остекления 3. Выбрать оптимальный вариант конструкции для строительства высотного Апарт отеля с панорамным остеклением с учетом энергоэффективности. В результате исследования была подобрана конструкция панорамного остекления высотного здания и подобран двухкамерный стеклопакет позволяющий сократить затраты на отопление в результате продолжительной эксплуатации здания.

A feature of the work is the selection of an energy-efficient double-glazed window for glazing the facades of an apart-hotel. As a result of the study, the design of panoramic glazing of a high-rise building was selected and a two-chamber double-glazed window was selected to reduce heating costs as a result of longterm operation of the building.
