Данная работа посвящена исследованию вовлеченности студентов вуза в волонтёрскую деятельность, их мотивов и причин. Основные задачи, выполненные в ходе работы: раскрыта сущность и виды волонтерства, проанализированы феномены мотивации и вовлеченности в волонтерскую деятельность; на основе теоретико-методологической базы сформулировано и проведено исследование, включающее в себя опрос и фокус-группы, по результатам которого выявлены факторы вовлечения студентов вузов в волонтерскую деятельность; сконструирована система влияния факторов на вовлечение в волонтерскую деятельность студентов вуза и разработаны рекомендации по повышению уровня вовлеченности студентов СПбПУ в волонтерскую деятельность. На основании полученных результатов исследований автор работы предлагает популяризировать волонтёрскую деятельность среди студентов СПбПУ. Автор предлагает опираться на качественные преимущества и льготы волонтёрской деятельности, которые способны повысить уровень вовлеченности и мотивированности студентов к участию в волонтерстве.

The topic of the final qualifying work: «The problem of university students involvement in volunteer activities». This work is devoted to the study of the involvement of university students in volunteer activities, their motives and reasons. The main tasks performed in the course of the work: the essence and types of volunteering are revealed, the phenomena of motivation and involvement in volunteer activity are analyzed; on the basis of the theoretical and methodological basis, a study was formulated and conducted, including a survey and focus groups, the results of which revealed the factors of university students involvement in volunteer activity; a system of influenceof factors on the involvement of university students in volunteer activities has been designed and recommendations have been developed to increase the level of involvement of SPbPU students in volunteer activities. Based on the research results obtained, the author of the work suggests popularizing volunteer activities among SPbPU students. The author suggests relying on the qualitative advantages and benefits of volunteering, which can increase the level of involvement and motivation of students to participate in volunteering.
