Данная работа посвящена исследованию конкретных шагов, предпринимаемым Японией для борьбы с угрозой современного рабства в странах ЮВА и ее роли в этих процессах. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1.Определение и анализ основных видов современного рабства, получивших распространение в ЮВА; 2. Установление основных возможных причин появления и процветания современного рабства в субрегионе; 3. Анализ последствий, которые порождает угроза современного рабства; 4.Выявление основных мер помощи в преодолении угрозы, предпринимаемых Японией. В своей исследовательской работе автор в основном опирался на описательный метод для обозначения угрозы современного рабства в Юго- Восточной Азии, влияющей непосредственно на Японию. Кроме того, был проведен анализ профилактических мер японского правительства для выявления наиболее эффективных. Результатами исследования стала систематизация современных методов предупреждения угрозы современного рабства и анализ эффективности действий японского правительства.

The given work is devoted to studying of concrete steps taken by Japan to combat the threat of human trafficking in the Southeast Asian countries and its role in this process. The research set the following goals: 1. Definition and analysis of the main types of modern slavery that have become widespread in Southeast Asia; 2. Identification of the main possible causes of the emergence and prosperity of modern slavery in the subregion; 3. Analysis of the consequences of the threat of modern slavery; 4. Identification of the main measures of assistance in overcoming the threat undertaken by Japan. In his research work, the author mainly relied on a descriptive method to identify the threat of modern slavery in Southeast Asia, affecting Japan directly. And also to analyze the preventive measures of the Japanese government to identify the most effective. The results of the study can be considered a systematization of modern methods of preventing the threat of modern slavery and an analysis of the effectiveness of the actions of the Japanese government.
