В данной работе рассматривается понятие самостоятельной работы старшеклассников в условиях их подготовки к Единому государственному экзамену, а также способы обеспечения реализации самостоятельной работы школьников в рамках учебного процесса. Перед педагогами ставится задача обучить школьников таким методам и приемам, которые помогли бы им организовывать свою самостоятельную работу правильно. В таком случае можно обратиться к методам тайм-менеджмента. Один из них – это метод “Pomodoro.” Благодаря опросам и эксперименту, описанным в данной работе, удалось выяснить, что методы и техники управления временем эффективны в отношении учащихся выпускных классов, готовящихся уже не только к школьным занятиям, но и к экзаменам. Было выяснено, что внедрение метода “Pomodoro” в образовательный процесс может быть действенным способом модернизации учебного процесса, реализующегося во время существования множества отвлекающих факторов, которые препятствуют плодотворной и полноценной работе современного школьника.

This work considers the concept of senior high school students’ independent work in terms of their preparation for the Unified State Exam, as well as ways through which it is possible to ensure student’s independent work in the educational process. It is established that the positive impact of independent work on students is great, which sets a teacher the task of teaching students such methods and techniques that would help them organize their independent work correctly. In this case, a teacher or student can refer to time management techniques. One is the Pomodoro technique. With the surveys and experiment described in this work, it was possible to find out that time management techniques are effective for graduation classes’ students who prepare not only for school classes, but also for exams. It was found that the introduction of the Pomodoro technique into the educational process can be an effective way to modernize the educational process, which takes part with the existence of many distractions that prevent the fruitful and full-fledged work of a modern student.
