Целью работы является анализ зеленого финансирования в России и зарубежом, а также разработка проекта по выпуску зеленых облигаций ПАО «Аэрофлот». Были решены следующие задачи: − определена экономическая сущность и особенность зеленого финансирования и зеленых финансовых инструментов; − проанализировано современное состояние рынка зеленого финансирования в России и перспективы его развития; − разработан план по эмиссии зеленых облигаций ПАО «Аэрофлот»; − определены риски предлагаемого проекта; − обоснована эффективность предлагаемого проекта. Актуальность этой темы обусловлена уменьшением количества природных ресурсов и ухудшением экологической обстановки, вызванных развитием научно-технологического прогресса в мировой экономике и, соответственно, увеличением необратимых воздействий на окружающую среду. Источниками информации выступили данные отечественной и зарубежной научно-исследовательской литературы, официальных Интернет-ресурсов и аналитических агентств. Работа проведена на базе ПАО «Аэрофлот», где собиралась значительная часть фактического материала: бухгалтерский баланс, отчет о финансовых результатах деятельности. Расчеты, оценивающие финансовое положение предприятия, проводились с помощью программного обеспечения Microsoft Excel. В результате была разработана процедура эмиссии зеленых облигаций ПАО «Аэрофлот». Оценка параметров выпуска зеленых облигаций и обоснование эффективности проекта проводилась с помощью пакета MS Office (Excel).

The given work is devoted to analyze green financing in Russia and abroad, as well as to develop a project for issuing green bonds of PJSC «Aeroflot». The research set the following goals: − determine the economic essence of green financing and green financial instruments; − analyze the current state of the green finance market in Russia and its development prospects; − develop a plan for the issue of green bonds for PJSC «Aeroflot»; − identify the risks of the proposed project; − justify the effectiveness of the proposed project. The relevance of the topic is determined by the decrease in the amount of natural resources and the deterioration of the environmental situation caused by the development of scientific and technological progress in the world economy and, accordingly, an increase in irreversible environmental impacts. In addition, Russian ESG issuers faced problems with the issuance of "green" securities after the start of special military operation and the withdrawal of western investors from the market, which requires additional research of this segment. The sources of information were data from domestic and foreign research literature, official Internet resources and analytical agencies. The work was carried out on the basis of PJSC «Aeroflot», where a significant part of the factual material was collected: the balance sheet, the report on financial results of activities. Calculations assessing the financial position of the enterprise were carried out using Microsoft Excel software. As a result, the procedure for issuing green bonds of PJSC «Aeroflot» was developed. Evaluation of the parameters of the issue of green bonds and justification of the effectiveness of the project was carried out using the MS Office (Excel) package.
