Цель выпускной квалификационной работы – изучить теоретические основы анализа финансово–хозяйственной деятельности, а также разработать мероприятия по совершенствованию финансово–хозяйственной деятельности организации. Были решены следующие задачи: – изучены теоретические аспекты финансово–хозяйственной деятельности предприятия; – исследована общая характеристика ООО «НПФ ХЕЛИКС»; – проанализирована финансово–хозяйственная деятельность (ФХД) ООО «НПФ ХЕЛИКС» и выявлены проблемы; – разработан комплекс мероприятий по совершенствованию финансово–хозяйственной деятельности предприятия и обоснована его эффективность. Актуальность обусловлена важностью анализа финансово–хозяйственной деятельности для любого предприятия. С управленческой точки зрения, использование финансового анализа с его непрерывным сбором, систематизацией и обобщением информации становится необходимостью для принятия обоснованных решений. Результаты, полученные в ходе экономического анализа, позволяют разрабатывать стратегии деятельности, снижать риски, выявлять эффективные точки роста и грамотно координировать работу подразделений. Источниками информации выступили данные отечественной и зарубежной научно–исследовательской литературы, официальных Интернет–ресурсов и аналитических агентств. Вывод. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, разработаны мероприятия по совершенствованию финансово–хозяйственной деятельности предприятия.

The purpose of the final qualification work is to study the theoretical foundations of the analysis of financial and economic activities, as well as to develop measures to improve the financial and economic activities of the organization. The following tasks were solved: – the theoretical aspects of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise have been studied; – the general characteristics of NPF HELIX LLC have been investigated; – financial and economic activities are analyzed NPF HELIX LLC and identified problems; – a set of measures has been developed to improve the financial and economic activities of the enterprise and to justify its effectiveness. The relevance is due to the importance of analyzing financial and economic activities for any enterprise. From a managerial point of view, the use of financial analysis with its continuous collection, systematization and generalization of information becomes necessary for making informed decisions. The results obtained during the economic analysis make it possible to develop business strategies, reduce risks, identify effective growth points and competently coordinate the work of departments. The sources of information were data from domestic and foreign scientific research literature, official Internet resources and analytical agencies. Conclusion. The tasks of the WRC have been solved, the goal has been achieved, measures have been developed to improve the financial and economic activities of the enterprise.
