Цель работы - разработка комплекса мероприятий по повышению конкурентоспособности предприятия. Работа выполнена на материалах ООО «РСТИ-ПЕРСПЕКТИВА». Использованные методы: анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности, оценка конкурентоспособности предприятия, SWOT-анализ, конкурентный анализ по М. Портеру, PEST-анализ факторов внешней среды, сравнительный анализ конкурентов. Результаты работы: 1. Рассмотрены основные понятия конкуренции и конкурентоспособности, определены факторы и изучены методы оценки конкурентоспособности. 2. Проведен анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия, оценка конкурентоспособности предприятия–объекта исследования и выявлены проблемы. 3. Предложены мероприятия, повышающие конкурентоспособность предприятия–объекта исследования и приведено обоснование эффективности предложенных мероприятий. Область применения результатов ВКР – рекомендации разработаны для ООО «РСТИ-ПЕРСПЕКТИВА». Выводы. Были решены поставленные задачи и достигнута цель исследования, а именно разработка мероприятия по повышению конкурентоспособности предприятия. Реализация предложенных мероприятий приведет к увеличению прибыли, повышению узнаваемости компании и улучшит экономические показатели деятельности в целом.

The aim of the graduate qualification work is to development of a complex of measures to increase the competitiveness of an enterprise. The work has been carried out on the materials of “RSTI-PERSPECTIVA” LLC. Research methods used: analysis of financial and economic activity, assessment of the competitiveness of an enterprise, SWOT analysis, competitive analysis according to M. Porter, PEST analysis of the external environment factors, comparative analysis of competitors. The main results of the graduate qualification work: 1. The basic concepts of competition and competitiveness are considered, factors are determined and methods for assessing competitiveness are studied. 2. An analysis of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise was carried out, an assessment of the competitiveness of the enterprise -the object of study, and problems were identified. 3. Measures are proposed that increase the competitiveness of the enterprise-object of research and the rationale for the effectiveness of the proposed measures is given. The areas of the graduate qualification work results application – recommendations are developed for “RSTI-PERSPECTIVA” LLC. Conclusions of graduate qualification work. The tasks set were solved and the goal of the study was achieved, namely, the development of measures to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise. The implementation of the proposed measures will lead to an increase in profits, an increase in the recognition of the company and improve the economic performance in general.
