Данная работа посвящена разработке проекта по организации и развитию дополнительных услуг на предприятии индустрии гостеприимства. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1. Рассмотрены теоретические основы формирования и использования прибыли предприятия индустрии гостеприимства. 2. Проведены анализы финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия индустрии гостеприимства. 3. Разработаны проекты мероприятий по оптимизации использования прибыли предприятия индустрии гостеприимства. 4. Оценена эффективность предлагаемых мероприятий. Работа выполнялась в Обществе с ограниченной ответственностью «ЕВРОПА ОТЕЛЬ». В ходе работы была изучена организационно-экономическая характеристика отеля, организационная структура предприятия, сделан анализ экономической деятельности. Результатом работы стала организация мероприятия в ООО «ЕВРОПА ОТЕЛЬ».

This work is devoted to the development of a project for the organization and development of additional services at a hospitality industry enterprise. In the course of the research, the following tasks were solved: 1. The theoretical foundations of the formation and use of profits of a hospitality industry enterprise are considered. 2. Analyses of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise of the hospitality industry have been carried out. 3. Projects of measures have been developed to optimize the use of profits of the hospitality industry enterprise. 4. The effectiveness of the proposed measures was evaluated. The work was carried out in the Limited Liability Company "EUROPE HOTEL". In the course of the work, the organizational and economic characteristics of the hotel, the organizational structure of the enterprise were studied, and an analysis of economic activity was made. The result of the work was the organization of an event at EUROPA HOTEL LLC.
