Цель работы – выработка рекомендаций по внедрению информационных системы и технологий в компанию, с последующей разработкой и оценкой инвестиционной привлекательности мероприятия по улучшению экономического состояния компании, посредством изучения и анализа финансово-хозяйственной деятельности компании ООО «1С-Битрикс». Работа выполнена на материалах ООО «1С-Битрикс». Использованные методы: контентный и сравнительный анализ; методы экономической эффективности; методы организационного проектирования и оценки инвестиционной привлекательности проектов. При обработке данных использовалось следующее программное обеспечение, информационные технологии: Microsoft Office, в том числе Microsoft Word и Microsoft Excel. Основные результаты работы. - Изучены теоретические аспекты внедрения информационных систем и информационных технологий в компании; - Описана деятельность компании ООО «1С-Битрикс»; - Проведен анализ финансово-хозяйственного состояния компании ООО «1С-Битрикс»; - Выявлены и проанализированы проблемы и узкие места в осуществлении финансово-хозяйственной деятельности в компании ООО «1С-Битрикс»; - На основании анализа деятельности компании разработан план по внедрению информационных системы и технологий, которые помогут закрыть выявленную проблему;  - Описано и спланировано предлагаемое к внедрению мероприятие; - Выполнен технико-экономический анализ инвестиционной привлекательности предлагаемого мероприятия для компании. Область применения результатов ВКР – результаты исследования могут быть применены в целях совершенствования управлении проектной деятельностью ООО «1С-Битрикс», а также Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The aim of the graduate qualification work is to develop recommendations for the introduction of information systems and technologies into the company, followed by the development and assessment of the investment attractiveness of measures to improve the economic condition of the company, through the study and analysis of the financial and economic activities of 1C–Bitrix LLC. The work has been carried out on the materials of 1C-Bitrix LLC. Research methods used: content and comparative analysis; methods of economic efficiency; methods of organizational design and evaluation of investment attractiveness of projects. The following software and information technologies were used in data processing: Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. The main results of the graduate qualification work: - The theoretical aspects of the introduction of information systems and information technologies in the company have been studied; - The activity of 1C-Bitrix LLC is described; - The analysis of the financial and economic condition of 1C-Bitrix LLC has been carried out; - Problems and bottlenecks in the implementation of financial and economic activities in 1C-Bitrix LLC have been identified and analyzed; - Based on the analysis of the companys activities, a plan has been developed for the implementation of information systems and technologies that will help close the identified problem; - The proposed implementation event has been described and planned; - A technical and economic analysis of the investment attractiveness of the proposed event for the company has been performed. The areas of the graduate qualification work results application – the results of the study can be applied in order to improve the management of the project activities of 1C-Bitrix LLC, as well as Conclusions of graduate qualification work. The tasks of the WRC have been solved, the goal has been achieved, and the scope of application of the results has been determined.
