Данная работа посвящена разработке методики повышения эффективности системы управления охраной труда на основе телеграмм-бота, а также внедрении телеграмм-бота в систему управления охраны труда. Объектом исследования является  «Система управления охраной труда». Предметом исследования является эффективность системы управления охраной труда. Целью работы является разработка методики повышения эффективности системы управления охраной труда на основе телеграмм-бота. Задачи, которые выполнены в ходе работы: 1. Аналитический обзор функционирования систем управления охраной труда. 2. Разработка системы показателей и критериев, определяющих эффективность системы управления охраной труда. 3. Разработка методики повышения эффективности системы управления охраной труда на основе телеграмм-бота. В результате работы были проанализированы нормативно правовые акты в области охраны труда, сделан анализ системы управления охраны труда, разработан телеграмм-бот, а также разработана методика повышения эффективности системы управления охраной труда на основе телеграмм-бота. Для достижения данных результатов в работе были использованы такие информационные технологии, как база данных КонсультантПлюс. Разработка телеграмм-бота была проведена на кроссплатформенной системе «Telegram», включающей в себе конструкторы по созданию чат-ботов «botfather» и «botmother». На основании проведенных исследований было принято решение о внедрении телеграмм-бота в систему управления охраны труда как эффективный метод улучшения системы управления охраны труда.

This work is devoted to the development of a methodology for increasing the efficiency of the occupational safety management system based on a telegram bot, as well as the implementation of a telegram bot into the occupational safety management system. The object of the study is the “Occupational Safety and Health Management System”. The subject of the study is the effectiveness of the occupational safety management system. The goal of the work is to develop a methodology for increasing the efficiency of the occupational safety management system based on a telegram bot. Tasks completed during the work: 1. Analytical review of the functioning of occupational safety management systems. 2. Development of a system of indicators and criteria that determine the effectiveness of the occupational safety management system. 3. Development of a methodology for increasing the efficiency of the occupational safety management system based on a telegram bot. As a result of the work, regulatory legal acts in the field of labor protection were analyzed, an analysis of the labor protection management system was made, a telegram bot was developed, and a methodology for increasing the efficiency of the labor protection management system based on the telegram bot was developed. To achieve these results, information technologies such as the “ConsultantPlus” database were used in the work. The development of the telegram bot was carried out on the cross-platform Telegram system, which includes constructors for creating chat bots “botfather” and “botmother”. Based on the research conducted, it was decided to introduce a telegram bot into the occupational safety management system as an effective method of improving the occupational safety management system.
