В данной работе разработан проект организации реконструкции участка улично-дорожной сети в городе Псков Псковской области с доведением технических параметров до параметров по категории: городские улицы и дороги местного значения, улицы в зонах жилой застройки. В ходе выполнения работы были решены следующие задачи: 1. дана краткая характеристика района реконструкции; 2. указаны сведения о местах размещения баз материально-технического обеспечения; 3. разработана транспортная схема доставки материально-технических ресурсов; 4. дана техническая характеристика объекта; 5. обоснована продолжительности реконструкции; 6. разработаны организационно-технологические схемы реконструкции; 7. обоснована потребность реконструкции в кадрах, строительных машинах и ресурсах; 8. указан перечень мероприятий по обеспечению на участке безопасного движения в период реконструкции; 9. описаны проектные решения и перечень мероприятий, обеспечивающих сохранение окружающей среды в период реконструкции; 10. разработаны мероприятия по охране труда и обеспечению пожарной безопасности; 11. разработан календарный план реконструкции участка улично-дорожной сети.

In this work, a project has been developed to organize the reconstruction of a section of the road network in the city of Pskov, Pskov region, bringing the technical characteristics to the characteristics defined by category: city streets and local roads, streets in residential areas. In the course of the work, the following tasks were solved: 1. a brief description of the reconstruction area has been given; 2. information on the locations of material and technical resource bases has been provided; 3. a transport scheme for the delivery of material and technical resources has been developed; 4. the technical characteristics of the object of reconstruction have been given; 5. the duration of the reconstruction has been justified; 6. organizational and technological schemes of reconstruction have been developed; 7. the need for reconstruction in personnel, construction machines and resources has been justified; 8. the list of measures to ensure safe traffic on the site during the reconstruction period has been determined; 9. solutions and a list of measures to ensure the preservation of the environment during the reconstruction period have been determined; 10. measures have been developed to protect labor and ensure fire safety; 11. a calendar plan has been developed for the reconstruction of a section of the road network.
