Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является разработка проекта ресторана и организация его строительства. Работа включает в себя разработку архитектурных, конструктивных и объемно-планировочных решений ресторана, формирование комплексов работ, на основе посчитанных объемов, продолжительности и состава строительной бригады. Помимо этого, в работу входит управление данным проектом, включающее в себя разработку бюджета, в соответствии с которым был проведен расчет экономических показателей эффективности. В процессе выполнения выпускной квалификационной работы были использованы программы, такие как: Autodesk Revit 2024, Autodesk AutoCAD 2021, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel.

The purpose of the final qualification work is to develop a restaurant project and organize its construction. The work includes the development of architectural, structural and spatial planning solutions for the restaurant, the formation of work complexes based on calculated volumes, duration and composition of the construction team. In addition, the work includes the management of this project, which includes the development of a budget, according to which the calculation of economic performance indicators was carried out. In the process of completing the final qualification work, programs such as: Autodesk Revit 2024, Autodesk AutoCAD 2021, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel were used.
