Объектом исследования является развитие феминистского движения в Королевстве Испания. Предметом исследования являются проблемы женского движения и методы их решения, законодательные акты, влияние на общество и общественное мнение в Испании. Данная работа посвящена истории развития феминизма в Испании, которая тесно связана как с политической историей страны, так и с ее культурными особенностями.  Помимо этого, в работе также рассматривается эволюция положения женщины в правовой сфере и в обществе, истории развития законодательства с целью предоставления равных прав женщинам и мужчинам. Целью данного исследования является изучение истории развития феминистского движения на территории Испании, современного положения испанских женщин и проблем современного феминизма в Испании. Согласно поставленной цели исследования были выделены следующие задачи: ­- изучить исторические предпосылки к формированию движения в Испании; ­- выявить взлеты и падения движения, что было достигнуто на протяжении его существования и с какими кризисами пришлось столкнуться; ­- исследовать современное положение дел испанского феминизма; ­- выявить проблемы и угрозы, с которыми сталкивается движение и женщины на современном этапе.

The object of the study is the development of the feminist movement in the Kingdom of Spain. The subject of the study is the problems of the womens movement and methods of solving them, legislative acts, the impact on society and public opinion in Spain. This work is devoted to the history of the development of feminism in Spain, which is closely related to both the political history of the country and its cultural characteristics. In addition, the work also examines the evolution of the position of women in the legal sphere and in society, the history of the development of legislation in order to grant equal rights to women and men. The purpose of this study is to study the history of the development of the feminist movement in Spain, the current situation of Spanish women and the problems of modern feminism in Spain. According to the stated purpose of the study, the following tasks were identified: ­- to study the historical background to the formation of the movement in Spain; ­- to identify the ups and downs of the movement, what has been achieved throughout its existence and what crises had to be faced; ­- to explore the current state of affairs of Spanish feminism; ­- to identify the problems and threats faced by the movement and women at the present stage.
